The Heraeus trainee program in marketing and sales was a good way for me to begin my career. The program offers a structured framework and excellent opportunities for growth. By taking on new projects with the support of a mentor, I have learned many new skills that have prepared me for increased responsibility in the future.

I have appreciated the atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration, as well as the trust that has been placed in me to work independently on projects within the department. Working in different divisions throughout the world has given me the opportunity to build a network of experience and resources within Heraeus.
